Tim Potter is the founder and principal of Game Changer Licensing. A new consultancy that helps under-served and under-performing college licensing programs to find their focus and grow.

 

For more than 30 years, Tim has worked in a wide range of collegiate settings and has helped licensing programs reach new heights. Most recently, he spent 10 years as leader of the Arizona State University licensing program where he tripled royalty revenues by implementing best in industry practices.

 

Over time and experience, Tim has also built a powerful network of contacts in the collegiate licensing industry and, when the scope of work requires, retains them as contract support -- giving Game Changer Licensing clients access to the industry’s best talent.

Tim has a BA in Communications/Public Relations from Washington State University and a MS in Sports Administration from

St. Thomas University in Miami, FL.  He is an active Yellow Jacket on the Fiesta Bowl Committee.
